Kids yoga offers a whole new experience of fun for the young child, and the moves and sequences offer support in every area of their development. Physical, cognitive, social and emotional.
These classes are designed to support the transition from babyhood to more developed forms of self-expression through movement.
The classes’ last 30/45minutes and run over a 5 week block and are much more than a music and movement class. They are a mutual practice that draws parents and their children together in a playful loving environment promoting respect and self-awareness.

I have a very shy and anxious girl when it comes to mixing in new situations with new people and wanted to bring her to some classes to try and make her feel more comfortable. He hadn’t started pre school yet, so Iwas keen to get him involved in a group actvitiy like this, and toddler yoga was perfect.
